Your use of the Site will be subject to these Terms and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions of use apply to your use of our Site. We are bound by our use of our third party booking system partner Fresha Ltd, however, we are responsible for our choice of customer settings on the Fresha system that align with our company policies.

We may change these Terms from time to time by changing them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Cher Blush grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. These Terms were last updated on 15 Sept 2025.

Patch Test Policy

Every client must have a consultation and patch test of the products at least 24 hours prior to the initial treatment.

Non-Refundable Deposits

At least £50 deposit is required in order to confirm your initial treatment. This can be paid on the day of your consultation or through the booking system at the time of booking the appointment. Should you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost or you may reschedule your appointment to a date in the future and your deposit will be transferred to that appointment. (following reschedule policy guidelines).

Reschedule Policy

Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 48 hours notice. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit is forfeited. You MUST reschedule and have a new date confirmed BEFORE the 48hour mark. If we don't have another appointment confirmed at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time, you will lose your deposit and your appointment will be cancelled. You will then be required to pay an additional deposit to rebook another appointment.

If you arrive with a conflicting issue (e.g. health condition, cuts/bruising) causing you to be unable to have the treatment done, your deposit will be forfeited and appointment cancelled.

No Show policy

If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.

Arriving Late

I understand things can happen which may cause you to run late. My days are normally busy so a late arrival has a knock on effect on my appointments afterwards. I am always fair and allow a 15 minute grace period, however if you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to schedule a new appointment you will require an additional £50 deposit.

Additional Touch Ups

Each individual person heals differently and has different skin types which can cause varied healed results. This can mean some people may need an additional touch up after the touch up included in the initial treatment price. This is unavoidable and I cannot be held responsible for this.

Please be aware that with lip tattoos, in particular a specific colour may not be possible due to each individual clients natural skin tone. Tattoo is not the same as a lipstick where the colour lies as a layer on top. Tattoo is implanted under the skin, therefore skin tone plays a big part in the final outcome.

A specific desired result may take multiple sessions.

Cover Ups

Covering up previous work of other artist can be a challenge, and not a lot of artists offer this service because results can be unpredictable and may require a few touch ups or a removal/lightening treatment.

The end goal for covering up is to improve the look, rather than make them perfect. To get the best result, you must trust the artist and if at anytime I feel my judgement is questioned due to a previous bad experience with another artist, I have the right to refuse to do the procedure. This will result in the client losing their deposit and being refused their treatment.

Complications

In rare circumstances there can be complications including but not limited to; loss of eyelashes after eyeliner procedure, corneal abrasion during eyeliner procedure,  pigment migration under the skin. As an artist I will take every precaution to reduce/eliminate the risk of any of the above.
